Privacy Policy
Last reviewed September 16, 2026. This policy explains how Hades handles information, including Google user data.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us — such as name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or make a purchase. We also automatically collect certain technical information like IP address, browser type, and usage data.
Google User Data We Access
If you choose to connect a Google account, Hades requests only the Google permissions needed for the Google feature you select. Depending on the services you connect, Hades may access:
- Google account identifiers returned during authorization, such as your name, email address, and account or profile identifiers.
- Gmail message metadata and message content, including attachments when a user-requested email task requires them, to search or read messages, create drafts, or send an exact email that you confirm.
- Google Calendar event details, including titles, times, attendees, descriptions, and locations, to find, create, update, or delete events at your direction.
- Google Drive and Google Docs file metadata and content to search, read, create, edit, organize, or export documents and files at your direction.
- Google Sheets spreadsheet metadata and the ranges or cell values needed to read or update a spreadsheet task you request.
- Google Contacts information, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers, when you ask Hades to find or use a contact.
Hades does not access Google data unless you authorize the relevant connection and request a feature that needs it. You can choose which Google services to connect and can disconnect them at any time.
How We Use Google User Data
We use Google user data only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Hades features that you request. For example, Hades may use the data to answer a question about your connected email, draft or send a confirmed email, summarize a document, update a spreadsheet, or manage a calendar event. Google data may be processed by Hades’ AI and infrastructure providers only as needed to interpret your request and return the feature or result you requested.
We do not use Google user data for targeted, personalized, retargeted, interest-based, or other advertising; sell it to data brokers or information resellers; determine creditworthiness; make lending decisions; create unrelated databases; or train generalized, non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not permit our service providers to use Google user data for those purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send service and support emails; respond to comments and questions; and monitor usage patterns to improve the product.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g. payment processors, cloud infrastructure), all bound by confidentiality agreements.
For Google user data specifically, we share or transfer it only to: Google APIs to perform the operation you requested; Hades service providers that host, secure, or provide the requested AI feature; and people or services you explicitly direct Hades to contact or share a file with. We do not disclose Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, information resellers, or other third parties for independent marketing or commercial purposes.
Google Data Storage and Security
Google OAuth credentials and tokens are stored server-side in encrypted form and are associated with the individual Hades account that authorized them. They are not exposed in generated responses or shared between users. Hades uses encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and other security procedures designed to protect Google user data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain your information and any Google connection only for as long as needed to provide the requested services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Google data used for a task is processed as needed for that task. Some requested results may remain in your Hades chat or documents until you delete them or delete your account.
You can disconnect a Google service from your connected-services controls. When a connection is disconnected, Hades deletes the encrypted local credential and makes a best-effort request to revoke the associated Google authorization. You may also request deletion of Google data or other personal information by contacting support@hadexs.com. We delete or destroy retained data when the applicable retention period expires unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and security review practices designed to reduce unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. We will update the review date above and provide notice in the app when a change materially affects how we access, use, store, or share Google user data.
