By accessing or using Hades services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Service

You may use our services only as permitted by law and these terms. You may not use our services to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit spam or malicious code, or interfere with our services.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hadexs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits as specified in your plan. Automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.

Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

Hades shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
